Morteza Karimzadeh


I carried out my  Ph.D. at the Design and Analysis of Communication Systems (DACS) group of the University of Twente, The Netherlands, between 2013-2017. My research was focused on the topic of Mobility Management in the Future Mobile networks under the supervision of Prof. Aiko Pras and Prof. Hans van den BergI obtained an M.Sc. degree in Communication Engineering from the Tampere University of Technology, Finland in 2011. I did my master thesis on the topic of Efficient Routing Protocols in Delay Tolerant Networks (DTNs), supported by Dr. Dmitri Moltchanov and Prof. Evgeni Kucheryavy. Prior to beginning my Ph.D. study, I worked as a researcher with Prof. Antonio Capone in Advanced Network Technologies Laboratory (ANTLab) at the Polytechnic University of Milan, from 2011 to 2013.
